The 19th Ward is home to New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Shreveport, and other small cities, and its a hotbed of violent crime and poverty.
According to data compiled by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, more than one person was killed in the area every day in 2015.
A federal official told ABC News in 2017 that there are approximately 1,200 murders in the city of New Orleans alone, with more than 30,000 people living there.
The area is also home to the largest concentration of people living in the state of Louisiana.
The 18th Ward, meanwhile, is home of a city known for its “bad neighborhoods,” which include the New Orleans Police Department, New Orleans Medical Center, and a massive heroin distribution ring.
The district includes New Orleans Central Business District, which is home most of the city’s black business community.
According the FBI, there are over 9,000 homicides in the 18th ward, which includes many areas known for poverty, drug dealing, and gang violence.
The 19st Ward is also known for having the largest population of homeless people in the United States, as well as its reputation for gang activity.
The New Orleans Metropolitan Police Department reports that the 18-22 year old homeless population in the district is about 1,000, while the 19-24 year old population is over 2,200.
As Breitbart News previously reported, the 18 and 19 year olds in the New York area have been found to be the most likely to commit murder.
In New York City, the New Yorker has a population of about 3.3 million people, and it is estimated that the population of the area in New York is about one-third that.
According a 2016 study, more people are killed by police officers than any other group of people in America.
A recent study conducted by the American Civil Liberties Union of New York found that there were more than 6,000 murders committed by police in New Orleans in 2017, with the majority of victims being black and Hispanic men.
As of January 2018, more police officers were on the streets of New Londo Beach, Florida, than any city in the country.
It is also estimated that there have been over 5,000 fatal shootings by police this year, a number that is almost twice the number of all police shootings in the U.S. in 2017.
